Senior Media Services Architect
Sven Rekkaro is Levira’s Senior Media Services Architect, with nearly two decades of experience in mastering the media value chain.
Since joining Levira in 2004, Sven has risen from technician to senior architect, consistently taking on key roles in developing robust media services, from playout and distribution to IT and broadband infrastructure. Notably, he was instrumental in building Levira’s DTT headend services and shaping many of the company’s technical solutions. A passionate media tech enthusiast, Sven continuously strives to expand his knowledge.
Sven’s commitment to learning was recognized when he was awarded a full scholarship to pursue a master's degree in Cybersecurity through the joint program at Tartu and Tal Tech University.
Sven’s deep-rooted industry expertise, combined with his drive for continual personal and professional growth, has established him as a respected leader in the media technology space.
Outside of work, Sven is an avid bookworm and enjoys spending meaningful time outdoors with his son.
